Reservation and Cancellation policy

Check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out time at 11 am. Our establishment is closed between 11.00 pm and 7.00 am, so please aware us in case of unexpected late arrival.

Each booking has to be confirmed with a credit card number plus its expiry, or a 30% deposit.

Concerning groups, rooming-list has to be sent no later than 14 days prior to the arrival.

In case of late cancellation, indemnities will be due to the hotel:
With no cost, 8 working days before the arrival date
30% between 5 and 7 days before the arrival date
60% between 2 and 4 days before the arrival date
100% the day before or the same day.
